1999年にリリースされたライヴ・テイクの編集盤。　収録時期に偏りこそあるものの、逆に無理に全活動時期を満遍なくカヴァーしようとはしていないため、通して聴いていても意外と違和感はない。
本作品の特徴として、以下の点を挙げることができる。

1996年8月のメキシコ・シティーの音源の収録
Bootleg TV の立ち上げ宣伝時に期間限定でダウンロードできたファイルには含まれていなかった ” Coda: Marine 475 ” も収録されている。

P1,P2 の音源が「 King Crimson 」 の名の下に収録
『 A Beginners' Guide To ProjeKcts / The Deception Of The Thrush 』 や 『 The ProjeKcts 』 といったプロジェクトの編集盤がリリースされるより前に、 「 King Crimson 」 の名前が、本作品において使用されている。

曲の繋ぎの妙
”VROOOM VROOOM” と ”Coda: Marine 475” といった実際とは異なる曲順や、1973年の ” The Talking Drum ” と1996年の ”Larks' Tongues In Aspic ( Part II ) ” の連続が、違和感なく実現している。

ラインナップの定義付け
ライナーにおいてラインナップの定義付けが明確になされている。

「 Fractured 」 という単語の使用
リリース当時この単語を見て大笑いしていた時には、当然のことながら１年後に同じ単語を使用した凄まじい作品がリリースされるなどと夢にも思っていなかった．．
